You're a lifesaver mate. I didn't even need to set to indistinguishable quality, I kept it on high and all it needed was to be swapped from Advanced back to Simple and now there's no issues. It's definitely some compression thing because my files are bigger now that they work.

I already have the ringtone saved on iTunes. I slide the song onto my desktop. I have changed the A to R. Then I drag the ringtone to Tones and it does not stay. When I drag it to Tones it shows in blue “+copy”. And it goes right back to the desktop. I do not understand what I am doing wrong. I have done it before no problem but this time it won't work. Please help.
